These terms govern your use of lripress.comand every product purchased through it (each, an “LRI Press Product”). By using the site or purchasing a product you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Accounts
You may browse the catalog without an account. Purchases require a verified email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.
Content and license
Each LRI Press Product is licensed to you personally, non-transferable, for your own reading and reference. Digital files are watermarked with your name and order number. You may read, search, and annotate your copy freely; you may not resell, redistribute, publish excerpts beyond customary fair use, or circumvent the watermark.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
