LRI Press is the publishing imprint of LRI Connect — the operating system used by Florida cooperatives, condominiums, and homeowners’ associations to run their buildings, their finances, and their boards.

We publish reference books for the people who serve on those boards and the professionals who work beside them. Each title is grounded in the statutes and administrative-code provisions that actually govern community associations; each is written in plain English; and each is paired with a continuously updated digital companion so the reference on your desk is never out of date.

Our first title, The Florida Co-Op Board Handbook, arrives in 2026. A handbook for Florida condominiums follows. Florida HOAs, New York co-ops and condos, and practitioner manuals for property managers are on the list after that.

We publish slowly, on purpose. Every title ships when it is ready — and is maintained for as long as the law it addresses continues to govern its readers.
