About LRI Press
LRI Press publishes working references for the boards and residents of community associations. Board handbooks for the directors who govern; resident handbooks for the shareholders, unit owners, and homeowners they serve.
Each title is grounded in the statutes and administrative-code provisions that actually govern community associations, and each is written in plain English. A digital edition you buy is fixed on the day you buy it. The Living Handbook is the same text kept current, and every change to it is dated and recorded where subscribers can read it.
Our first title, The Florida Co-Op Board Handbook, was published in 2026. Handbooks for Florida condominiums and homeowners associations follow, then a resident’s edition of each — and after Florida, New York. The full list, title by title, is on our homepage.
We publish slowly, on purpose. A title ships when it is ready, and stays maintained for as long as the law it addresses still governs the people reading it.
The Author

Anthony Clemenza is a New York attorney and licensed New York real estate broker who has spent years as president of Golden Bay Towers, an 89-unit cooperative on the Intracoastal Waterway in Hallandale Beach, Florida. He founded Luxury Realty International and, from the president’s chair, built LRI Property Connect, LRI Press, and LRI Studio: the software he needed to run his own building, the handbooks he wished someone had handed him at his first board meeting, and websites that treat a property as the place people live rather than a listing. He still reads the meeting packet and the pull request in the same week, which is the whole argument for these companies and also their main scheduling problem.

The titles and this site are set in Cormorant Garamond, with DM Sans for working text and JetBrains Mono for the folio numbers and citations. The Board Handbook runs 784 pages at six inches by nine and the Resident Handbook 360 at five and a half by eight and a half, both on sixty-pound uncoated white stock, perfect-bound in paperback and casewrap in hardcover, printed one copy at a time when a copy is ordered.
Digital editions are watermarked to their owner and never locked. The Living Handbook is the same text kept current, with a dated record of every revision.
Before a claim ships, it is checked: material legal propositions cite primary authority, countable claims are audited against the files that define them on every change, and corrections are published, dated, and kept.
The editorial standards say how.
