Digital content license

When you purchase a digital title from LRI Press, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read, search, and annotate your copy for your own reference.

What you can do

• Read the book on any device you own.
• Quote short passages in board meetings, correspondence, and educational materials, with attribution.
• Re-download the file if you lose it — up to the per-order limit shown in your account.

What you cannot do

• Redistribute the file, publicly or privately, including by forwarding the download link, uploading to shared drives, or posting to the internet.
• Remove or alter the watermark, which identifies the licensed reader.
• Resell, sublicense, or use the book for commercial republication.

Forms Pack

Forms Pack templates carry a broader operational license: your cooperative, condominium, or HOA board may edit, complete, and send the forms as part of normal association operations. You may not republish the forms as a standalone product.

Enforcement

Distribution of watermarked files is traceable. We investigate confirmed violations and reserve all legal remedies.
