Board Briefing
A short practical series about running — or living under — a Florida co-op board. It arrives after you use one of the free tools, and it is the same editorial standard as the handbooks: source-linked, specific, and written to be kept nearby rather than studied.
What it costs
Nothing. One of the five emails describes something for sale and says so; the other four stand on their own. Every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that needs no account and no reason.
How you join
Board Briefing follows a document you asked us for, because the series is written to the situation that brought you here — a board finding its footing, or a resident who needed a letter. Ask for either and the series follows.
What arrives
The first arrives the day after you use a tool, the last a little over three weeks later. After that there is no set rhythm — we write when a title ships or when something practical is worth sending, and not otherwise. Which track you get depends on which tool you used.
