This edition is being built for residents who need to understand the association’s authority, identify the record or rule that answers a question, and choose a proportionate next step. It will follow the same calm, source-grounded resident architecture established by the Florida Co-Op Resident Handbook.

Florida homeowners-association law, the community’s own governing documents, and relevant federal protections. The sources remain distinct so a general rule is never mistaken for the answer to a document-specific question.
