This edition is being built for directors, officers, committee leaders, and managers who need to move from the governing rule to a defensible operating decision. It will preserve the same practical-first structure, source discipline, and boardroom utility established by the published LRI Press handbooks.
Source foundation
Florida homeowners-association law, applicable agency materials, governing documents, and relevant federal authority. Each is treated on its own terms, including the importance of the association’s declaration and rules.
