This edition is being built for residents who need to understand the association’s authority, identify the record or rule that answers a question, and choose a proportionate next step. It will follow the same calm, source-grounded resident architecture established by the Florida Co-Op Resident Handbook.

Florida condominium law, applicable administrative materials, governing documents, and relevant federal protections, explained for residents without turning general information into property-specific advice.
