We stand behind every title and companion we publish. If the book is not what you hoped for, we will make it right.

Digital editions and Forms Pack

Refundable in full within 30 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to press@lripress.com with your order number and we will process the refund through Stripe promptly. Your download access is revoked upon refund.

Subscriptions (Phase 2)

Refundable within 7 days of activation. After that, you may cancel at any time through your account; the remainder of your current billing period stays active, and your subscription will not renew.

Gift purchases

Gift purchases follow the same refund windows, measured from the date the recipient redeems access.

Chargebacks

We prefer conversation to dispute. Please write first; we resolve virtually every concern within one business day.
